在作为一种制造方法的发展过程中,第 1次有明确记载的是 R . B. R. O. M. A. N. in 1845 for the production of Goodwave glue wires by extruders. The extruder w a s subsequently improved by H. B. E. W. g. of Guterbo and used in 1851 to coat the copper w I r e of the first submarine cable between D. v. E. R. and Cal. A. I. companies. In the next 25 years, the extrusion method 13 became more and more important, and the manual extruder was replaced by the electric extruder. In the early stage, mechanical-operated plunger extruders produced thousands of kilometers of insulated wires and cables, which firmly established the position of extrusion method in cable production. Early cable extruders, whether manual, mechanical or hydraulic, were all plunger-type. In this production process, the plunger will press the hot gutta-perot glue into the die with copper conductor, and the gutta-perot glue will be extruded from the die, thus covering the copper conductor to form an insulating layer. |
