| 1)维修前的准备 1) preparation before maintenance ① 査阅维修设备的组装图和准备维修部位的零件图，以便熟悉了解零部件的安装位置、工作条件要求及制造精度。 1) refer to assembly diagram and preparation of maintenance equipment maintenance parts of a part drawing, so that understanding of parts installation location, working condition requirements and manufacturing precision. ② 制定设备维修方案，安排修理零部件的拆卸顺序和维修方法。 Set up equipment maintenance plan, arrange repair order and maintenance method of repair parts. ③ 准备检测仪器和拆卸安装工具。 Prepare the instrument and remove the installation tool. ④ 按更换零件图纸检测更换件的制造质量及配合尺寸是否达到要求。 To determine the quality of the replacement parts and the requirements of the matching dimensions according to the replacement parts drawings.
