1、塑料破碎机空载试车时需要按启动程序启动和停车，圆锥破碎机各有关连锁系统均应符合技术要求。

2、塑料破碎机空载试车时动锥正向或反向转动，每分钟不应超过15转。

3、塑料破碎机空载试车时圆锥齿轮不应有冲击和周期性噪声。

4、塑料破碎机空载试车时润滑系统工作应当正常，给油压力应在0.5～1.5kg/cm2范围内，圆锥破碎机回油温度不超过50℃。

5、塑料破碎机空载试车时液压设备的液压调整装置，按其操作程序进行锁紧，调整圆锥破碎机排矿口达到使用要求的大小。
