一、如何正确清洗螺杆

用火烧或火烤来除去固在螺杆上的塑料，是塑料加工单位最常见也是最有效的办法，但绝对不能使用乙炔焰来清洁螺杆。乙炔焰温度可达3000°C，用乙炔焰来清洁请洁螺杆将不仅会破坏螺杆的金属特性，同时还将显著影响螺杆的机械公差。如果乙炔焰在烘烤螺杆某部位时火焰变为持久的蓝色，那么意味着螺杆这一部位的金属结构发生了改变，这将导致该部位耐磨损性降低，甚至发生抗磨损层与基体金属剥离。另外采用乙炔焰局部加热也会造成螺杆一侧过热，从而导致螺杆弯曲。大多数螺杆采用4140HT钢制造，公差十分紧密，一般在0.03mm以内。螺杆的平直度大多在0.01mm以内，当螺杆经乙炔焰烘烤及冷却后，通常很难回到原始的平直度。正确有效办法：在螺杆使用后立即采用喷灯进行清洁。因为这时螺杆带有加工过程中的热，故螺杆的热量分布仍是均匀的。

Most of the screws are made of 4140HT steel, and the tolerance is very close, generally within 0.03mm. The flatness of the screw is mostly within 0.01mm. When the screw is baked and cooled by acetylene flame, it is often difficult to return to the original flatness. Correct and effective way: immediately after use the torch in screw cleaning. Because at this time the screw has the heat in the process, so the heat distribution of the screw is still uniform.
