1、采用更为纯净的树脂

聚氨酯泡沫生产过程中所用到的催化剂叔胺常常会带来很强的气味,同时还会在汽车内窗上结雾.解决这个问题的办法即是找到这些胺类的替代物.措施之一是使用多羟基化合物,多羟基化合物不仅是聚氨酯分子链的成分,而且也同样具有催化活性.一些多羟基化合物甚至可以取代一半的叔胺催化剂,这样得到的产品散发的气味就弱多了.
